Last month saw deegee travel Europe – an intense, yet exciting, 5 days in 5 different countries!
We visited valued customers, and prospective customers, in Ireland, Belgium, Norway, Sweden and Finland during the space of a week….phew!
While this trip was planned primarily to touch base with some of our major distributors, with whom we have well established relationships, this was also a fantastic opportunity to show and discuss new products. Discussions flowed, projects were reviewed in-depth, and the team returned to the office with new ideas which came from these extremely valuable meetings.
Having an understanding of each of these businesses and an insight into how they operate, proved to be of great benefit, and allowed us the opportunity to tailor our service to best fit individual requirements.
Customer Service has always been of great importance to deegee, and to hear such positive feedback from some of our largest, long-standing customers, was extremely gratifying.
The trip proved to be hugely successful, and we are grateful to all concerned for sharing their warmth, and especially, their time!
