C-Series launched to great reception

June 1, 2008

deegee’s recent exhibitions in Hannover and the UK have been the platform for launching the new C-Series range of beacons;  and the over-whelming response has been extremely positive and complimentary, both about the styling of the product and the performance and flexibility of the range.

The enclosure was designed to accommodate all technologies, LED, xenon and filament, and future options of a shallow base and a tall lens are already planned.  C-Series has taken deegee into new application areas, offering genuine incremental business to our wholesale and distribution customers.  Red, Amber, Green, Blue and Clear lens and LED options are available, and the units are totally configurable into traffic light sets for specific signalling requirements, or can be used individually.

deegee Series C BeaconsThe enclosure features a twist-on lens which is fitted on bayonet fixtures.  This means the back-boxes can all be installed and wired-in, and then as a secondary exercise the electronics can be connected via a pluggable terminal block.  The lens is then held in place by an anti-tamper screw to prevent unauthorised access.

Units are available in 24VDC, 115 and 230V AC, across the technology type.
