Bridget joined our Production Team back in 2019, and has enjoyed growing her skills and manufacturing knowledge over the years. Fully trained in all areas of the manufacturing role, Bridget is a huge asset to the team.

Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family – most especially her 2 daughters.  She also enjoys travelling, and spending time with family who are based in Calpe, Spain (- we’re not jealous….much!) ✈️

When not jetting off, Bridget enjoys true crime documentaries, long dog walks, and amateur photography. 📸

Hilary is our longest serving member of the Production Team, making it to almost 14 years so far! She is highly skilled in all aspects of manufacturing, and is an asset to the team.

When she’s not building beacons, she likes to spend time with her 4 grand children, and also enjoys a little baking. 🎂

Being a lover of the outdoors, Hilary enjoys gardening, as well as discovering new National Trust properties! 🏡

John is the newest member of our Manufacturing team, starting with us at the beginning of the year. He is familiarising himself with the industry at great speed, and is already fully trained in many aspects of production. We do love a fast learner!

In his free time, John likes to go on long walks with his partner (which usually end up at the pub!) 🍺

He is an avid football fan, enjoys eating out, and has recently become a doggy dad to a cockapoo called Tillie. 🐶

Jon is the Managing Director and leader of the pack!  He is the heart of the Company, and continues to share his beacon knowledge with the team. 🚨

Being a lover of music, Jon enjoys playing the guitar. 🎸

He’s also responsible for covering the technical side at an array of musical events, ensuring that the sound system is at its very best! 🎼

When time prevails, he enjoys walking, as well as spending cherished time with family on the East Coast. ⛱️

Kyla has been a valued member of our Production Team since 2011, and is highly skilled in all aspects of the role. She is a fantastic problem solver, and always willing to try her hand at anything.

In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, and entertaining her 2 cockerpoos! 🐶

Kyla also enjoys socialising with her family and friends, and has been known to be found in the pub on the odd occasion! 🍻

Lisa has been part of the team for over 20 years now, and works alongside Sales, Production & Operations.  She also handles the marketing side of the business, as well as ensuring all parcels are safely delivered to our customers, whether they are based in the UK, or Overseas.  Being a ‘problem solver’ Lisa is always willing to take on a challenge!

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 (almost 4) grandchildren. 🧑‍🧒‍🧒

If there’s any time left (!), Lisa likes to go walking 🚶‍♀️, as well as socialising with friends. 🍻

Matt is our Product Development Engineer, and the brains behind new product launches and product upgrades.  He has an abundance of technical knowledge, which is key to our ongoing innovation. 🙌

Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey at the weekend, as well as dedicating a lot of his free time to the theatre as a technician, which can get extremely busy over the Christmas period!

Always brainstorming fresh ideas, Matt is a great problem solver and an asset to the team! 😊

Stacey is our first point of call in the Sales Team.  She has 16 years of beacon knowledge, so you can be assured that your enquiry is processed with a technical mind! 🚨 Stacey is efficient in all she does, and is a highly valued member of the team.

Out of work, she likes to spend time with her husband, 2 children, and Archie their Springer Spaniel. 🐶

Her family are involved in their local football team, and Stacey likes to support the football team bar! 🤣

She likes to attend the horse racing, and is also a volunteer for the Royal British Legion.

Wendy is Company Secretary, and Co-Owner of the company.  She covers several aspects of the business, ensuring that all ‘i’s are dotted, and ‘t’s are crossed! 👌

Wendy is a lover of the outdoors, and enjoys long walks – which is also a good opportunity to get the family dog out! 🐕

She also enjoys singing with her local choir 🎵 , as well as spending time with her children. 🧑‍🧒‍🧒
