Xenon beacons are inherently reliable compared to filament lamp beacons and therefore maintenance is kept to a minimum. In the event of failure, spare xenon flash tubes (XFD Lamps) are available from stock; further details may be found on the FTX-1 page.

Increasingly, where even lower current and/or longer life are demanded, the latest model PSB/LED, PSB/HP-LED and PSD/LED beacons are being specified.
